Lea Teah

Hi, my name is Lea Teah. After a series of very unfortunate events I was diagnosed with an incurable autoimmune disease in 2016. A disease which tried to kill me physically at least 3 times and emotionally countless times. After grieving and suffering for several months I decided to see this event as a sign that I needed to change something about my life to become a more authentic, and ultimately happy, human being.

I started to tell my story online as a way to understand how I can have this impact my life in a positive way, to share my journey that led to rock bottom, and to document the steps I can take to become the person I would like to be.
